Welcome back to Friday night member-only dinners!

Caesar Salad
with crispy croutons and traditional dressing

Your Choice of Entrée:

Lobster Tacos with Avocado and Lime Crema
Rich and delicious lobster fiesta in a street-style taco

Orecchiette Pasta with Broccoli Sauce
Traditional and savory vegetarian pasta recipe
with a flavorful Tuscan-style Broccoli Sauce

Grilled New York Strip Steak (locally raised) with Garlic Butter
Seared and topped with gourmet mushroom steak sauce

Grilled Vegetable Salad
Savory grilled zucchini, yellow squash, red onion, bell peppers,
tomato, and eggplant lightly dressed in a classic vinaigrette 

All entrees will include:

Double baked mashed potatoes with bacon and cheese

Mixed Seasonal Vegetables

Gourmet Cupcake

A sweet treat to conclude our first Friday member-only dinner

Bar Service
The bar will be open from 4 - 10 with our new bartender, Brittany, who hails from Morton’s and Ruth’s Chris.  Brittany will be creating special cocktails and wine pairings for this special evening.  Look for more information on your options in a few days.
